New Web Site

I am excited to have finally finished the new web site. It is completely upgraded from the store software to a new hosting company that has servers more appropriate for the shopping cart environment. That means the cart should work much faster now and the new software and structure of the site is easier to navigate so your whole shopping experience should be better than ever before. Now lower shipping and COD rates

Now that I am in the new warehouse and actually have a permanent place of business again I can have UPS pick packages up daily from me instead of me taking the packages to the UPS Store. That means I am getting a slightly better shipping rate and now the COD charge is down to $9.00 from the $10.50 that the UPS Store charges. I know that it isn't much but every little bit helps especially with winter coming. The web site has been recalculated to show the new correct amounts.

New warehouse

The new warehouse is great and I am finally getting everything running smoothly. For those of you who do not know I just moved my family and my business from Arizona to Massachusetts.

I will be keeping my same mobile number for a while but please start using the new company land line because I will be getting a new mobile number some time in the beginning of 2008.

I have a lot of inventory with me but I still need to get my machinery to the new warehouse from Arizona before I can resume production of the few items that I am out of stock on. I hope to have the equipment here around the first of the year.

Something new

I have been getting crazy busy so I want to be able to communicate with my customers and keep them informed with what is going on with Needlejig. Of course I plan on posting any major news to this blog but I also plan on posting at least once a week just so you know what is going on in this fast growing business of mine. This is where you will hear about new ideas and product that are being tossed around and you can give me feedback with your own ideas for new or existing products.
